Questions

Everything, answered here.

There is no sales team to call and no queue to wait in — which is most of why this costs what it costs. So the answers live here instead.

The free strategy

What do I actually get?

A document that states what your budget can realistically achieve, prices every channel against your own economics, names the ones worth running and the ones to leave alone with the reason for each, tells you which questions you skipped and what they would have settled, and says how much to trust the answer.

It is the same analysis an agency charges a few thousand for, and you get it before you have paid anything.

Why is it free?

Because it costs us cents to produce and it is the most honest sales pitch we have. If the numbers say your budget can work, you will probably want us to run it. If they say it cannot, you have saved money and we have saved the trouble of a customer who was never going to succeed.

Do I have to talk to anyone?

No. There is no call, no demo and no salesperson. You answer three questions and the document arrives by email.

That holds all the way up. There is no tier you have to phone about and no enterprise sales process — the largest plan is bought the same way as the smallest. The moment this needs a person on our side, it stops working at this price.

What if it tells me not to advertise?

Then it tells you not to advertise, and explains what would have to change for the answer to be different — a higher customer value, a lower target, a bigger budget, or a different channel.

This happens regularly and it is the point of the product, not a failure of it. Nobody else in this market will say it, because everyone else is paid a share of what you spend.

Money

How does the 20% fee work?

It is charged on the advertising budget you commit, not on the money actually spent. So if Jules decides mid-month that a channel should stop, your fee does not fall — and that is the point. If the fee tracked spend, we would quietly earn more every time we told you to keep spending.

Who owns my advertising accounts?

You do. They are in your name, on your card, and you keep them and their history if you leave. We never hold your media budget.

Can I cancel?

Plans are monthly and you can stop at the end of any month. There is no contract, no notice period and no exit call.

Is there a minimum ad budget?

For managed paid media, $1,000 a month. Below that, the arithmetic usually says the channel cannot produce a reliable signal, and we would rather tell you that than take the fee.

How it works

How does Jules know what a customer costs in my market?

From benchmark data held by channel, country, industry and the specific kind of conversion you sell — a booking is not a download, and a B2B licence is not an impulse buy. Where the data for your exact case is thin, the answer widens rather than pretending to precision, and it tells you it has widened.

What if the recommendation is wrong?

Every plan carries its assumptions in the open, with a test attached to each one and a threshold set before the test runs. When something turns out to be false you can see which assumption it was and what it changes. That is the opposite of a plan that only reports the parts that worked.

How long before I see results?

It depends entirely on the channel, and Jules will not pretend otherwise. Paid search can read within a fortnight. SEO compounds over months, and the system refuses to declare an SEO assumption dead before enough time has passed to know — which is a guardrail, not a stalling tactic.

Which countries and industries do you cover?

The strategy engine will price any business you put in front of it, and says how confident it is. Confidence is highest where we hold the most data and lowest in thin corners, and it tells you which one you are in rather than sounding equally sure everywhere.

Your data

What do you do with my numbers?

We use them to produce your strategy and to run whatever you ask us to run. Aggregate, de-identified benchmark data makes everyone's answers sharper over time — no individual business is identifiable in it, and nothing you tell us is shared with another customer in a form that could be traced back to you.

Can you delete my data?

Yes. Ask and it goes.

Still deciding?

The fastest way to find out whether any of this works for you is to read what Jules says about your own numbers. It costs nothing.

Free. No card, no call. We store your address and what you tell us — nothing else.
